Quran for kids
Short, steady lessons that suit children, with patient teachers and regular updates for parents.
Lessons made for children
A 30 minute lesson four times a week suits most children: long enough to make progress, short enough to keep their attention. The teacher begins at the child's level, praises effort, corrects gently, and keeps parents informed.
What parents can expect
- The right course for the age
- Most children start with Noorani Qaida, then move to Quran reading, tajweed or hifz.
- Female teachers
- Girls, and boys up to the age of 7, can study with a female teacher.
- A teacher known for her work with children
- Syeda Khola has about 20 years of experience and is especially good with young learners.
- Safe lessons
- Lessons are one to one on Zoom or Google Meet. We ask a parent to stay nearby during lessons for young children. Read our child safeguarding policy.
- Progress updates
- The teacher tells parents what was covered and what to practise.
