Child safeguarding policy
How we keep children safe in online lessons.
The safety of children comes before everything else in our lessons.
During lessons
- Lessons take place only on Zoom or Google Meet, in links arranged with the parent.
- For young children, a parent or guardian should stay nearby during the lesson.
- Girls, and boys up to the age of 7, can study with a female teacher.
- Lessons are not recorded without the parent's permission.
Contact outside lessons
- Teachers contact parents, not children, about schedules and progress.
- Teachers do not ask children for photos, personal details or contact on social media.
Raising a concern
If anything in a lesson worries you, write to info@onlinequran.me or message us on WhatsApp. We take every concern seriously, look into it promptly, and keep you informed.
