Class policy and terms
How lessons, fees and missed lessons work.
Lessons
Lessons are live and one to one on Zoom or Google Meet. The standard plan is 4 lessons a week of 30 minutes each, at fixed times agreed with the teacher. Hifz schedules can be longer.
Fees and payment
Fees are monthly and are agreed before lessons start. Payment is made monthly through Wise. A family discount of 20 to 30 percent applies when more than one family member studies with us.
Missed lessons
- If the teacher misses a lesson, the student receives a make up lesson or a refund for that lesson.
- Lessons the student misses are generally not made up. The teacher may sometimes offer a make up lesson.
Changes
To change your schedule or teacher, contact us. To stop lessons, tell us before your next monthly payment.
Conduct
Teachers and students treat each other with respect. Lessons for children follow our child safeguarding policy.
