Our story
Online Quran was founded by Imam Syed Siraj Munir, an imam and Quran teacher with more than 20 years of teaching experience. We have taught the Quran online since 2011.
From the start, every lesson has been one to one. A teacher who listens to only one student can hear every mistake, correct it at once, and adjust each lesson to that student. This is how the Quran has always been passed on: from a teacher who recites, to a student who listens and repeats.
What we hold to
- Correct recitation first
- Tajweed is part of every course, from the first letter.
- Qualified teachers
- Each teacher has between 10 and 30 years of experience. Three hold PhDs.
- Modesty and safety
- Female teachers for sisters and young children, and a clear child safeguarding policy.
- Honest fees
- Clear monthly fees, family discounts, and help for those who cannot afford them.
